Inner Circle redefined...

Why Inner Circle?

Traditionally, the term "inner circle" is used to describe a small, exclusive, and influential group. However, when I think of “inner circle”, I think of the innermost circle of being within us all. Our center. Our power. Circles symbolize wholeness, unity, totality, the infinite, the self, and even God.

When I chose the name Inner Circle, I was inspired by the teachings of the koshas and how these are illustrated. When you see the koshas portrayed as five rings nested within each other, the innermost circle at the very center, the fifth kosha, is the Anandamaya kosha. This is the center of our bliss. The connection to our highest self. Consciousness.

Through the use of holistic psychology, art therapy, meditation, yoga, and other holistic practices I guide women who are ready to truly change themselves and their lives on a holistic healing retreat in hopes of bringing them a bit closer to their own bliss and higher consciousness.

It’s honor to guide clients on this journey and to enhance the consciousness of the collective. Here’s to women every where who are seeking that innermost part of themselves.

With Love and Light,
